Our Products
Most of our apparel is made to order. Because of the nature of made-to-order products, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance may occur.
Colors shown on a computer, tablet, or phone screen may also appear slightly different from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, fabric, and the printing process.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, and colors.
Limited-Release Designs
Many Bayou Creek Outfitters designs are released as limited collections. When a design is archived, it may no longer be available for purchase and may not return.
Availability of designs, colors, sizes, and products may change without notice.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Bayou Creek Outfitters reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is placed into production.
We currently use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Bayou Creek Outfitters does not store your complete credit or debit card information.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bayou Creek Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.

We love hearing your ideas!
If you submit a design idea, suggestion, photograph, artwork, or other content to Bayou Creek Outfitters, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Ideas submitted to Bayou Creek Outfitters may be considered, modified, combined, developed, or used in future products. Please see our Design Ideas page for additional information regarding submitted ideas and ownership of designs we create from them.

All original Bayou Creek Outfitters designs, artwork, logos, photographs, written content, graphics, names, slogans, and other original materials displayed on this website are the property of Bayou Creek Outfitters or are used with permission.
